Games will have a 65 Min finish inning time limit. We will try to stay on schedule of starting new games every 1:20 min.

Coin flip in pool play, higher seed home team in bracket.
Teams may bat roster and free defensive substitutions.

1. HEAD TO HEAD (if more than two teams are tied we will not use head to head)

3. RUNS SCORED
