The London Youth Premier League started initially as the Hyde League. The league was founded by Otis Roberts (CEO of Jason Roberts Foundation) and Eugene Dwaah (CEO of Soccerlution Group Limited). Otis and Eugene have over 25 years experience of elite player development from grassroots football to the professional game. Their combined experiences as professional players, head of talent identification and player agents has enabled them to have a unique perspective and insight within the game. The two founders were joined by Colin Barnes (Head of Recruitment for Crystal Palace FC and FA Coach Educator) as a “good practice” ambassador for the development of the league.
