As you know, one of our top priorities of 2025 is 96% LIFT (Land Issue Free Today). With the LIFT metric, we are able to measure our success in providing guests with an exceptional delivery of what she wants, when she wants it, without damage to the product or home. LIFT is a metric that has been primarily driven by DTR teams, but achieving 96% LIFT is a team effort that should be driven in partnership with the Sales, Store Operations, and Open Order Management teams.
