ALL REGISTRATION IS DONE ONLINE!

We will have a in person registration on February 8th from 11am-3pm @Pietros downtown

Registration begins January 27,2025 and will end February 16 $75 Fee
Late registration February 17-23 $90 Fee
Minimum age is 2022 (have to be 3 by February ) and maximum age is 2011 (turn 15 after May)
All players should submit a Birth Certificate. (If you didn't submit one in Fall 2024)
All games will be on Saturdays
4u-6u 6 week games
8u-14u 8 week games
Game days
March 29
April 5
April 12
April 26
May 3
May 10
May 17/24 semi-finals and finals (8u-14u)
Any makeup games will be during the week @6!!

If you cannot pay with card, simply fill out registration form, and choose pay offline at checkout.
We will get in contact with you to pay with cash, etc.

REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE APPROVED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED
Registration Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE

Please make sure you look over your form before submitting! We will NOT make any changes after making teams, so please if the player has to be on a team with sibling etc. and or coach, please put it on form!!
