PCO Softball Free Agent (Individual player looking for a team)

Putnam City Optimist - Girl's Softball offers Free Agent Events for players looking for a team. These events will include a skills and drills session with some of our team coaches that are looking to add to their rosters. Not all players may find a home, but we do our best to provide at the very least an opportunity to train and prepare for a future team. Event dates will be posted prior to the beginning of the spring season.

2026 PCO Spring League Free Agent Camp

2/28 Saturday at 1:00 p.m.: Great News; at this time, we were able to place all of our Free Agents on a team this spring and therefore will be not be hosting the 2026 PCO Spring League Free Agent Camp. Please be sure to join us at one of our other Introductory to Softball Camps this summer. If you have any questions regarding team play be sure to contact us immediately. Look forward to a great season and hope to see all of you very soon. Stop by the office and say "hello".

New for 2026:

---Afternoon/evening beginner softball training camps are available at a minimal cost for interested parties (sign-up limits apply)

For these events players need to be practice ready (Proper apparel, glove, and bat). In the case that they do not have a glove and/or bat we will provide one for them at the event.
*we will have water available but do recommend bringing your own water bottle.
