About Springfield Capitols

The Springfield Capitals are a high school E-Sports team from Springfield, IL. The team is a collaborative team between the three public high schools in Springfield - Springfield High School, Lanphier High School, and Southeast High School. The team plays Overwatch, Fortnite, League of Legends, Rocket League, and Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. The Head Coach of the Capitols is Dalton McGhiey. The Assistant Coaches for the Capitols are Chris Miller (Super Smash Brothers Ultimate), Johnnie Gargano (Rocket League), BroQ Dyer (Fortnite), and Sean Kenny (League of Legends).
