Non-Competitive Recreational League
(Focused on participation, development, and sportsmanship)

🏟️ Game Format

7v7

9v9

Minimum 5 players to start

Two halves: 18 minutes each

Halftime: 5 minutes

Running clock

⚽ Gameplay Rules

Kickoff to start each half and after goals

Throw-ins (no kick-ins)

No offside

Goalkeeper allowed

🔄 Substitutions

Substitutions on the fly (no stoppage required)

Subbing player must be off before replacement enters

Coaches ensure safe and fair substitutions

Equal playing time encouraged

🚫 Fouls & Safety

No slide tackling

No wall contact (safety rule)

No pushing, tripping, or dangerous play

Free kicks awarded

🟨 Discipline

Yellow Card = Warning 2minutes off field, another player cannot enter.

Red Card = Player removed from game

🧢 Equipment

Shin guards required

Indoor/turf shoes only (no cleats) can use sneakers

No jewelry allowed

Team pinnies/uniforms required

🤝 Sportsmanship Rule

Respect all players, coaches, and officials

If a team is ahead by 15 goals, sportsmanship rules apply. Goals will not count if up by 15 goals.
