Registration

Game Rules:
- 20 min halves
- 24 second shot clock, 14 second reset on offensive rebound (as best we can)
- Five fouls per player
- Technical foul is 1 free throw and possession, $20 per technical, paid before player returns to play
- Two free throws at five fouls per half, no one and one ever
- Clock stops for every made shot and dead ball in last min of 1st half and last two min of 2nd half
- Four timeouts per game, used either half, one additional timeout given for overtime(s)
- Ball advances into front court on timeout called by team in possession on catch, or dead ball
- Five second closely guarded rule only applies if not dribbling, due to shot clock
- 1st overtime will be three minutes long, 2nd OT will be two min, 3rd OT is first point wins
- $50 penalty for a day of forfeit
- A player must play in minimum of three regular season games to qualify for tourney
- A player can play on a different team one time during the regular season, if the team needs a fifth player.
