Where can I get a blank roster for league and tournament play? (Roster/Waiver Form)

Are ice chest allowed in the park? Team ice chest are allowed only during tournament play for a small fee ($25 paid at the gate)

Can my daughter play on more than one roster? No

Are teams allowed to use the fields for practice? League teams - Yes / Non-league teams are able to rent fields for practices only (no scrimmages)
