About Abu Dhabi Softball League

Abu Dhabi Softball League is an adult coed slow pitch softball league based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We welcome all players ages 18 and older and all experience levels. Whether you're picking up a glove for the first time or you've played since tee ball as a child, you're welcome to join us!

Currently we have an 8 team recreational league which plays once a week on Thursday nights at Zayed Sports City and we play 2 seasons a year.
