Registration

● 20 min first half, 15 min second half with ELAM ending for regular season (tournament is two 20 min halves no mercy rule)
● 30 second shot clock, 14 second reset on offensive rebound (as best we can)
● 5 fouls per player
● Technical foul is 1 free throw and possession, $20 per technical
● 2 free throws at 5 fouls per half, no 1 and 1 ever
● Clock stops for every made shot and dead ball in last 1 min of 1st half and 2 min of 2nd half
● 4 timeouts per game, used either half, 1 additional timeout given for 1st overtime
● Ball advances into the front court on a timeout called by team on catch or dead ball possession
● 5 second closely guarded rule only applies if not dribbling, due to shot clock
● (For tournament)1st overtime will be 3 minutes long, 2nd OT will be 2min, 3rd OT is first point wins
● $50 penalty for a day of forfeit
● A player can play on a different team one time during the regular season, if the different team needs a fifth player.
